Can I get a sample.
Yes, you can order as many samples as you wish through our website and are usually shipped within 3-5 working days.

How much do samples cost
All our prices are shown on the website and exclude P&P. The cost of the sample can be refunded up to the value of €10.00 when you order your stationery.

Do you have a brochure
No, we do not use a brochure as we regularly add new designs. All our designs are available to view on our website.

Can I visit I Do Stationery’s Show Room before I place my order
Yes, you can view our full range of Stationery at our show room, which is based in City.  There is a  €30 consultation fee which is payable at time of making appointment.  This fee is refunded when you place your order. Consultations are by appointment only.

When do I need to order my Wedding Stationery
As all our stationery is handcrafted, stationery should be ordered approx 4 months before the wedding.

How many Invitations should I order
One invitation is usually for two guests or family but will obviously depend on how many single guests you are inviting. We advise you to order at least 10 extra to allow for errors and expanding guest list.

I haven’t ordered enough
You can order extra subject to the minimum re-order quantity of 10. It can take up to 1 week to have extra invitations re-printed so we strongly advise you to order extra at the beginning. Discounts/special offers will not apply for re-ordering.

Is there a minimum Order
There is a minimum order of 20 on all stationery and a minimum order of 50 on all ceremony booklets, pamphlets and scrolls.

Can ribbon colours be changed on the Invitations
Ribbon colours can be changed to suit your requirements provided we can source the colour required.

Do all invitations come with an envelope
All our invitations come with an envelope.

Do you do Rush orders
Yes, however they are subject to availability. Contact us with you details, Quantity, design, how soon you need them and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I change the wording
Yes of course you can have any wording you would like. We provide a variety of wording as a guide.

Can you print dual language
Yes, we can print stationery in two languages if required. We usually print two different batches of invitations. The second language of wording must be emailed.

Will I receive a proof before you print the order?
On receipt of your order & deposit a .pdf proof will be emailed to you. This is your opportunity to ensure that the wording and font are exactly as you wish to appear. We will continue proofing until you approve the proofs by email.

Can I receive a hard copy of my proofs
If required, hard copy proofs are available & are subject to a non-refundable charge of €5.00 per item excl. Postage. In order to proceed to production hard copy proofs must be signed and returned to I Do Stationery.

How long will my order take
Once your proof has been approved and the balance is paid it can take up to 20 working days to receive your order.

Can you print our guests names on our invitations.
Yes, we do offer these services and can be ordered through our website. Once we receive your order we will email you an excel spreadsheet with the format to fill in your guest names.

Can you print labels for our envelopes
We can print your guest names and address on clear labels. Once we receive your order we will email you an excel spreadsheet with the format to fill in your guest names.

When submitting your guest list please ensure you are happy with details, punctuation, spelling and abbreviations – we are not responsible for errors in the submitted lists. You must send all the details on one excel sheet in one go. We cannot accept guest details in more than one email.
Note: Hard copy typed & hand written documents will not be accepted.

Can you print Thank you cards with our wedding photo on them
Yes we can print your wedding photo on our Eternity thank you card range.

Do you print ceremony books
Yes we offer a variety of options for your ceremony depending on your preference and budget.

What payment methods do you accept
Payment can be made by paypal, cash, cheque or bank draft. If paying by cheque or bank draft please make payable to I Do Stationery. If you are posting cash it is strongly recommended to send via registered post.

How will my order be delivered.
Your order will be delivered via our chosen courier or regular post deepening on the size of your order. delivery charges apply. All couriered deliveries must be signed for. I Do Stationery are not responsible for late receipt of items caused due to issue outside of our control.

Can we collect our order.
Yes, you can collect your order from our show room by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange.

Do you ship overseas
We do provide international shipping. Charges are based on weight and destination. We can advise on delivery charges.
